Some of you may be familiar with how blogging works, while some of you may not. Thus, in order to help everyone get acclimated to the class blog, let's start with something simple: Tell us a little bit about yourself. The title of this post (and every other post you write in this class) should be your first and last name, followed by your class period. For example - "John Smith, 1st hour." In this post, tell us five things about yourself, such as number of siblings, favorite sports, favorite foods, favorite movies, career goals, so on and so forth. Finally, in the last sentence of your post tell us what is your favorite topic to study in World History. The post should be no more than one paragraph in length.

Also, my favorite topic in World History is a difficult question to answer because I have a few favorites, such as: the French Revolution, the Holocaust, and I have always been fascinated by Greek mythology.

ReplyDeleteHi, I'm going to tell you 5 things about myself. I have 3 brothersd and they are really weird, but I love 'em. My favorite foods are tater tots, chicken sandwhiches from Wendy's, and, strawberries. I LOVE to read, my favorites are The House of Night Series by P.C. Cast, The Mortal Instruments Series by Cassandra Clare, The Chronicles of Nick by Sherilyn Kenyon and The Harry Potter Series by J.K. Rowling. I love to watch Hockey but my mom says I can't play it because it's quite expensive. I also love to watch House, Alphas, and NCIS. When I grow up I want to either be a Art teacher or a History teacher, or I could Art History teacher! My favorite moveis include: Hot Fuzz, Harry Potter, Rio, Finding Nemo (favorite!), and Rango.
My favorite part of studying History is learning about the World Wars and learning about the Greeks and Romans.

ReplyDeleteHello, my name is Sarah Dempsey, and I'm a student in Mr. Prezzavento's seventh hour Honors World History class. By request by our Mr. Prezzavento himself, I will now tell you five things about myself. Firstly, I'm involved with sports, the main one being softball (I'm on the JV team for Seckman~! :D). I pitch, play first base, and third base. Secondly, and I'll be very frank with this one, I'm short. At only 5 foot 2 inches, I'm not very threatening in any form. Also, I looooo-ove to read. Whether it be history-based, or fantasy, I adore soaking up whatever I can (I'm a little knowledge hungry.... Guilty's charged~). Considering the above-listed things, the fact that I'm fairly open to new ideas and hobbies should be a given. My interests go from hunting, to sports, to cartoons, and many other things (the list would go on and on, so, unfortunately, I cannot list EVERYTHING.). And as a last fact about myself, but certainly not the least, I hope to become an orthodontist or anesthesiologist when I graduate from college.
Now, as for my favorite part of history, you may ask? Well, in my personaly opinion, I think that Greek and Egyptian mythology is my favorite~

ReplyDeleteHi my name is Shelby, I just got switched into this class from second hour, anyways..I shall tell you five things about myself I have one little sister that goes to Seckman Elementary she is 11 and in sixth grade. My parents are divorced and I live with my mom, I have four pets (three cats and dog non of which get along) my favorite sport is volleyball but I am not very good at it, and lastly I have been attending the Seckman schools sense first grade.
My favorite part of history is probably probably Ancient Egypt, or The World war areas, i find them very interesting.
